Privacy Policy
The short version: I only collect what I need to respond to you, I never sell it, and you can ask me to delete it anytime.
Who I am
Slipstream Systems is run by Jackson Ranucci in Houston, Texas. In this policy, “I” and “me” mean Slipstream Systems. You can reach me at jranucci@slipstreamsys.com.
What I collect
When you request a consultation, I collect what you type into the form: your name, email, company or team, the consultation you picked, whether you added Priority, the problem you describe, and the times that work for you.
When you book a time, the scheduling tool records the time you chose and your contact details.
Like almost every website, the host automatically keeps basic technical logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visited, to keep the site running and secure.
How I use it
To reply to your request, schedule and prepare for our call, and send you a scope or proposal if you want one.
To keep a simple record of past requests so I can follow up and improve my service.
I don't sell your information, and I don't use it for advertising or share it with anyone for their marketing.
Services that help run the site
I use a few trusted providers that handle data on my behalf: Vercel to host the website, Google Fonts to load the site's typefaces, a scheduling service to book calls, a database provider to store consultation requests, and my email provider to send and receive messages. They only get what they need to provide their service.
Your project files
Files and data you share during an actual project are covered by our project agreement, not this website policy. In short: your documents and data stay yours, the tools I build run on your computer or your own accounts, and I don't reuse your data or confidential information for anyone else.
How long I keep it
I keep consultation requests for as long as I need them to work with you, and for up to two years after our last contact, unless you ask me to delete them sooner.
Your choices
You can ask me to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you at any time by emailing jranucci@slipstreamsys.com. I'll respond within 30 days.
Security
I use reputable providers with encrypted connections and keep access to your information limited to me. No system is perfectly secure, but I take reasonable steps to protect what you share.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn't directed at children. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, I'll update it here and change the date at the top.
